Meringue Cookie

Ingredients:

3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
pinch of salt
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
2. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until stiff.
3. Slowly add sugar to stiffened egg white mixture.
4. Stir in chocolate chips.
5. Spoon onto wax or parchment paper and put in oven.
6. Bake for 30 minutes.
