Lemon Apricot Bundt
Cake Recipe...
Ingredients:

1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup apricot nectar juice
3/4 cup vegetable oil (can substitute apple sauce)
4 eggs

Glaze

1 cup powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Combine cake mix, sugar, juice and oil. Add eggs one at a time and beat until well
combined.
3. Pour into bundt pan. Bake for an hour.
4. Take out of oven.

* Mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice and pour glaze through a strainer onto
cake.
